We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills, who can manage customer queries via tickets, emails, and live chat, as well as demonstrate products over video calls. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with US-based clients and must be comfortable with video communication as part of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues through tickets, email, and chat.
- Conduct video calls with customers to provide product demos, resolve issues, and offer support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer problems, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage customer communication with a professional and courteous approach.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address more complex issues.
- Update and maintain customer interaction logs in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer issues and escalate concerns to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Provide feedback to improve the product or service based on customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support, with a strong background in handling US clients.
- Communication Skills: Must have excellent written and spoken English, with a professional demeanour over email, chat, and video calls.
- Technical skills: familiarity with support ticketing systems, live chat platforms, and video conferencing tools.
- Work Environment: Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for video calls.
- Video Call Proficiency: Must be comfortable conducting video calls regularly, including screen sharing and offering detailed product demonstrations.
- Work Schedule: Willing to work US business hours and be flexible with time zones as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in customer-facing scenarios.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with company goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
- Familiarity with IT products or services.
