Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Medical Scribe with excellent English communication skills to join our team for the USA process. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a critical role in the documentation and management of patient information, working closely with healthcare providers in the United States. This position requires working night shifts to align with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-time Documentation: Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, physical exams, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans during live consultations with healthcare providers.

Transcription: Convert audio recordings of patient encounters into written medical records with precision and attention to detail.

Chart Management: Ensure that all patient charts are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with HIPAA regulations and other legal standards.

Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between healthcare providers, patients, and other medical staff through accurate and timely documentation.

Data Entry: Input medical information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems efficiently and accurately.

Quality Assurance: Review and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to medical terminology and standards.

Follow-up: Assist healthcare providers with follow-up on test results, prescription orders, and other clinical documentation tasks.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related disciplines).

Experience: Prior experience as a Medical Scribe, Medical Transcriptionist, or in a healthcare documentation role is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Excellent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for accurate documentation and interaction with US-based healthcare providers.

Medical Terminology: Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, MS Office, and other medical documentation software.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient information and medical data.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to work night shifts to align with US time zones and the flexibility to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
